The number of sessions required is as individual as each person and their concerns. Some feel an improvement after just one session, others need several appointments.
We design each step individually according to your personal needs. I generally work with at least three sessions, which build on each other in terms of content. The average number of sessions is 3-4.
In terms of content, we work with the topics of self-confidence, self-esteem, self-acceptance and self-love. Other therapeutic elements include emotional self-protection, working with negative and positive resources, age regression and working with the inner child.
In the case of phobias, for example, desensitization is an integral part of the sessions.
If you wish, I would be happy to accompany you over a longer period of time.

Imagine that you are immersed in a pleasant daydream. You are aware of your surroundings, but at the same time in a state of deep relaxation with full concentration. Many people describe it as a very pleasant and refreshing experience.
Trance has been around for a very, very long time. Everyone would describe the feeling of trance differently - and not every trance feels the same.
Just try it out!

Yes, and how! Children are particularly receptive to hypnosis because they can easily immerse themselves in their imagination. Hypnotherapy for children is playful and tailored to their world.
I like to incorporate interests and hobbies into the sessions. I want my clients to identify with the content and feel comfortable.

I attach great importance to ensuring that hypnosis is a safe and positive experience for each of my clients. Therefore, there are certain circumstances in which I do not offer hypnotherapy for the sake of care and protection:
If you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication
In acute psychosis
In case of organic brain impairments
In severe personality disorders
In case of heart failure
In middle and late stage dementia
For all organic and psychological illnesses that require specialized medical treatment, I reserve the right, for your own benefit, to recommend that you seek treatment from a specialist.
I am happy to advise you in advance of a possible session in order to find the best way forward for your individual needs and goals.

Generally, the side effects of hypnosis for anxiety are positive, as it calms the mind and body. However, it is not suitable for serious mental illnesses, and in such cases, a doctor should be consulted. In a preliminary consultation, Sara will provide detailed information about the cases in which hypnotherapy can be useful and effective, and when a doctor should be consulted.
