My name is Sara Tewes, and I specialize in hypnotherapy, with a particular focus on supporting children, adolescents, and women.
As a mother of three wonderful children aged 4, 9, and 11 (as of 2024), I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work.
Since 2020, I have been helping children, adolescents, and women overcome fears, build self-confidence, and discover inner peace.
I am a trained hypnotherapist and a licensed alternative practitioner for psychotherapy.
My approach is compassionate and carefully tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
